Dear Auntie,

I'm glad you have this article where anyone can ask you a question because there are many times when a person is feeling they need some guidance and no one is around , it does happen .

I have been feeling pretty overwhelmed all week , I have this strong feeling something is going to happen . Not that im looking but , its just overwhelming especially waking up feeling that way and it dont leave. Doing cleansings all the time, nothing is helping. I cant shake this feeling. Spirits are coming to me more and more frequently and so clear. They keep returning until I come across who they want .

There is more but its swirling around so fast in me I cant make heads or tails out of this. I hope that this is clear enough , its about as clear as i can get it.:)

"In need of help"

Dear In Need of Help:

Thank you so much for writing. I think that many are having these same types of feelings right now. It is my belief that this time is a time of cleansing and regrouping. We are letting go of past issues and moving forward in our spirituality.

Try to remember that the feeling of "something is going to happen" does not necessarily mean it is something negative. Change is usually difficult to deal with, but many times when we surrender to it, it brings great happiness. I suggest that when you feel overwhelmed, try to take stock in what has happened in your life and how far you have come. I have no doubt that you have achieved MUCH these last few months. Yes, it is overwhelming at times, but so very worth the efforts you have put into it.

It is wonderful that you are opening up to the spirit world, and that you are taking the time to listen and to help relay their messages. That in itself can feel overwhelming as it feels like such a huge responsibility. Just continue to listen to yourself and your guidance and you can't go wrong.

As I said earlier, this is a time of cleansing and regrouping for many of us. It is a bit overwhelming at times and kinda hard. I liken it to "rebooting". Sucks that you have to wait for it to go through all the processes, but when it has finished rebooting, things always work so much better.

Keep up the good work and remember, you are loved by many.

An extremely modest man was
in the hospital for a series of tests.
The last test had left his system
upset. For hours he made several false-alarm trips to the bathroom.
Finally giving up on going, he
decided his latest urge to go to the bathroom was just another false
alarm, so he stayed put. He
suddenly filled his bed with diarrhea!
He was SOOOO embarrassed!
Losing his presence of mind, he jumped up, gathered up the bed sheets, and threw them out the hospital window. As luck would have it, a drunk was walking by the hospital. Suddenly, the sheets landed on him! He started yelling, cursing, and swinging his arms wildly, which left the soiled sheets in a tangled pile at his feet. As the drunk stood there staring down at the sheets, a security guard who had watched the whole incident walked up and asked, "What in the world was that all about?" Still staring down, the drunk replied: "I think I just beat the crap out of a ghost!"

A Mom's Quickie...

Sometimes my idea of mopping the bathroom floor is to use the steam that just accumulated from my shower and the towel I just dried off with.  HAHAHA...
